Twilio

Pilotran sends SMS from a Twilio number you own — useful for on-call pings, appointment reminders, and customer alerts.

Where it's used

On-Call Nudger, Appointment Reminder, and any template with an SMS step.

Before you start

  • A Twilio account with at least one SMS-capable phone number.
  • Your account SID and auth token from the Twilio console.

Connect it

  1. Open Connections in the dashboard and pick Twilio.
  2. Paste your Account SID and Auth Token.
  3. Pick the sending phone number from the dropdown.
  4. Send yourself a test message from the connection screen to confirm it works.
