Gmail

Pilotran reads unread messages, applies labels, drafts replies, and sends email on your behalf. It never deletes anything.

Where it's used

Email Triage, FAQ Auto-Responder, Daily Digest, Meeting Prep, and any template that watches an inbox.

Before you start

  • A Google account with Gmail turned on.
  • Admin approval, if your workspace restricts third-party apps.

Connect it

  1. Open the Connections page in the dashboard.
  2. Click Add connection, then Gmail.
  3. Sign in to Google and accept the requested scopes (read, modify, send).
  4. You'll land back on Connections with a green Connected badge.
