Slack

Pilotran posts messages to channels you name, formats blocks, and threads replies. It never reads private DMs.

Where it's used

Email Triage, Support Escalation, Deploy Announcer, and any template that needs to ping a channel.

Permission to install apps in your Slack workspace, or an admin who can approve on your behalf.

Open Connections in the dashboard and pick Slack.
Choose the workspace to install into.
Review and accept the requested scopes (chat:write, channels:read).
Invite the Pilotran bot to any channel you want it to post in with /invite @pilotran.
