How it works

Every Pilotran workflow starts with a template — a small program that a trigger fires, Claude reasons about, and one or more integrations act on. You pick a template, fill in a few fields, and hit activate. From then on it runs quietly in the background, sending you a weekly digest so you know it's doing what you asked.

Yes, you can turn a workflow off at any time. Yes, we keep a full log of every run and every decision Claude made. No, we don't train on your data. If a template doesn't do quite what you want, you can duplicate it and tweak the prompt or config — no code required.
