Shopify

Pilotran watches new orders and inventory changes, and can update products, tag orders, and post customer notes.

Where it's used

Order Alerts, Inventory Watcher, Refund Router, and any template that lives in your storefront.

Before you start

  • A Shopify store where you're an admin or staff member with app-install rights.

Connect it

  1. Open Connections in the dashboard and pick Shopify.
  2. Enter your store's myshopify.com URL.
  3. Approve the requested scopes (read_orders, write_products).
  4. Your store now shows up in every Shopify-based template.
