Can I import my Relay workflows into Pilotran?+
Yes. Pilotran ships a Relay migration importer — export your Relay workflow as JSON, upload it in Pilotran, review the mapped steps in the preview panel, and confirm. Steps that need attention are surfaced individually before the workflow is created. See /workflows/import when you're signed in.
How does BYO AI key actually work?+
Paste your Anthropic or OpenAI key in Settings → AI. Pilotran uses that key to execute every LLM call on your workflows. Your key stays encrypted at rest, is never exposed to workflow AI prompts, and is used only for your runs. Anthropic and OpenAI bill you directly.
What can I actually undo?+
Any external action a run took: emails sent (recall or compensating send), Slack messages posted (deleted), Notion pages created (archived), HubSpot notes added (retracted). Undo lasts for 24 hours after the run finishes — long enough to catch a mistake, short enough that the counterparty context is still fresh.
Does the MCP endpoint require Claude Desktop specifically?+
No. Any MCP-compliant client works — Claude Desktop, ChatGPT (via MCP support), or your own agent. Point the client at your workspace's MCP URL and it can list, invoke, and read the output of any workflow you've enabled.
What if I miss Relay's canvas?+
Honest answer: Relay's visual builder is more mature than Pilotran's today. If a highly polished drag-and-drop canvas is the primary reason you picked Relay, wait a quarter. If BYO keys, undo, MCP, and the template library matter more, the switch pays off inside the first month.
Is there a free trial?+
There's a free plan you can stay on indefinitely — no card, 50 runs a month, one active workflow. On top of that, every paid plan comes with a 7-day trial. Card required to start the trial (so no charge lands as a surprise on day 8), cancel anytime from Settings, full refund within 14 days no questions asked.
