Only extract real commitments or requests aimed at {{your_name}}: a question they must answer, a document they must send, a decision they owe, a meeting they must book, a deadline they must hit. Ignore newsletters, receipts, notifications, FYIs, and things someone else promised to do. When in doubt, leave it out — an empty list is a good answer.
