For each match, produce a flag with `term` (which sensitive term it maps to), `clause_quote` (verbatim, under 40 words), `severity` (`low`|`med`|`high`), and `note` (one sentence on why this matters to the operator). High severity means the clause could bind the operator to unbounded cost, loss of IP, silent renewal, or an unfavorable jurisdiction. Also identify counterparty (their org, not ours) and the document type (NDA, MSA, SOW, etc.).
